Preparación Tradicional (Británica) del Té Negro

Materiales: hervidor, tetera, Téembrujos.

Preparación: Colocar agua, ojalá filtrada, en un hervidor.
Cuando esté a punto de hervir, dejar caer un poco de agua en la tetera, removerla en su interior y tirarla, con esto al tetera toma la temperatura que necesita para conservar el calor del té a preparar, por más tiempo.

En la tetera, poner un filtro para té o, si quieres disfrutar de los aromas y colores de los ingredientes, echa directamente la mezcla en la tetera, calculando una cucharada de té por taza, más una para la tetera.

Vierte el agua hervida sobre las hojas y sin prensar ni estrujar, porque el oxigeno es fundamental, deja que la infusión “descanse” unos 4 minutos. Con este tiempo el sabor soltará toda su magia y estará listo para servir y disfrutar.

Como en Marruecos
Poner té verde en la tetera, preferiblemente Té Gunpowder.
Luego y muy atentamente, verter una pequeña cantidad de agua hirviendo y
tirar esta primera agua inmediatamente.
Llenar la tetera de agua hirviendo y dejar en infusión unos minutos.

Servir en pocillos, en los que antes habrá puesto unas hojas de menta
(la menta de Marruecos es la Menta Nana), fresca si es posible. Te sentirás en Tanger.
